Jack- Best program I've been to. Hands down. If you need sober living come here
Nick-Great place. It has helped me on my journey through recovery. Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not just a flop house
Andrew-Stepping stones has helped me so much! I have almost two years sober now. Chris has been so instrumental to my recovery. If you are in need of sober living. This is the place.
Deva-This is a wonderful place to continue or begin your journey of recovery. Chris is an excellent resource for anyone serious about recovery. The residence is comfortable and located in a great area. Highly recommend.
Ray-I have been to many sober livings and halfway houses for my addiction. This is by far the best place I have been to. I have been sober for a good bit now, and this place sabed my life. Its more affordable than most of these other places. Staff actually cares unlike these other programs that fill 70-100 beds. If you are struggling, I would highly recommend calling Chris at Stepping Stones of Atlanta Recovery Residence. The group of guys here are awesome and recovery is possible.
Brian-Stepping stones truly changed my life. Chris helped me turn things around and made me accountable every step of the way. The support, structure, and community here gave me the tools I needed to succeed. I honestly couldn’t have done it without sober living at Stepping Stones. If you’re serious about recovery, this is the place that will give you the guidance and accountability to make it happen.
Keith-This place has been a true lifesaver for me. There is always lots of assistance available here in all aspects of life. Sobriety, employment, health and mental health. Anyone who truly wants to give sobriety and rebuilding their life a go, this is your one stop shop. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Dave-This is definitely a place of hope and healing. If you're looking for a safe space to recover, with a strong sense of brotherhood and a supportive community, this is the place for you. I would recommend this to any man ready to take that next sober step.
Alex-Grateful I decided to come to Stepping Stones of Atlanta Recovery Residence ! It was the best decision i ever made. If you're struggling and looking for help, look no further. The staff is qualified, understanding, and extremely helpful. The perfect cross between an environment that is comfortable and luxurious enough to make you feel at home with a program that is the very top of the line. I could not have better things to say. Thanks Chris !!!!
Brandon-Such a great place to go for recovery! In eleven years this has been the only program I have gotten sober at. Chris has always been there to help no matter what. Such a great opportunity he has given me and the others that are apart of Stepping Stones. But it is and will always be up to us to make the change in are life, so u better show up and be willing to want something better for yourself. Because we will all be here to help u. So great full for Stepping Stones.
Tyler-Was/am very satisfied with the amount of accountability this program offers. Everyone is treated fairly and given plenty of freedom to live a normal life without drugs/alcohol. I've been to other sober livings and felt it was just about the money but with Chris he's very involved and does any/everything he can to help his clients. He's living proof that he was just like us and that recovery is possible for anyone long as they actually want it. The living environment is clean and located in a good part of town, the no non sense policy filters out the people who aren't really serious about their recovery. Chris is very well connected within the recovery community and can point you in the right direction to any meeting or professional help that you may need. Also he makes it a point to do take us on outings as a group to show you can have fun in recovery. Would definitely recommend.
Blake- Stepping Stones is an absolutely amazing place. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. You're given the freedom to become acclimated with the real world again, while still being held accountable for your recovery. I've been searching for a place like this for months, and I am so grateful to have found Stepping Stones. Chris is amazing. He has done everything in his power to accommodate me and my family. If you're looking to recover from addiction, meet sober friends, build a sober network, and have a great time doing it, this is the place for you. I cannot express in words how thankful I am for Chris and this program.
Tim-Stepping stone recovery is top notch at a affordable price. Chris truly cares for clients and is very active in the program. Apartments are very clean and well supplied.
Meeting attendance and sponsorship are closely monitored. Process group on site every week.
A great place to recover. Staff is very professional and treat clients with dignity. Very much above all the other centers in Atlanta.
Drew-Stepping Stones provides its clients with the tools necessary to make a smooth transition back to the real world. The director (Chris Zollman) and his staff lead by example while offering support, structure, and accountability. The program introduces you to the Alcoholics Anonymous community which, in turn, surrounds you with encouragement on your journey. Chris has a heart of gold and wants to see all the guys here move on to bigger and better things. I can't thank these guys enough for the life they got me away from, and the life they've shown me that exists on the other side of addiction
Rustee-Very happy so far; the program is even better than expected. I was pleased to see the apartments are well furnished and clean. As far as the overall program goes, I can say that by choosing Stepping Stones, I feel I significantly increased the odds of me staying sober. And it's through developing habits and relationships that are allowing me to finally adopt a healthy lifestyle again (it had been quite a while). This program is giving me a chance to practice the tasks and decisions one needs to address every day in order to stay sober, but in an environment that's about as safe as one could expect in an outpatient setting. Chris is awesome, but more importantly, he's one of the few people out there who can relate to his clients yet hold them accountable. I'd definitely recommend Stepping Stones to anyone who's serious about staying sober.
Mark-was a client here in 2015 and I wasn't ready for recovery. Even then I felt safe and cared for though. Even though the owner has kicked me out of a sober living on multiple occasions, I know it was always out of care for myself and others, and I trust him based on some bad experiences I've had before when he was there to help. Now it's 2019, I'm back in the program I was in, but have experienced hopelessness and have been given a chance to live. It's a sober living, so naturally things about it will frustrate residents, especially if they're not ready to fully commit to recovery, but if you're ready and hopeless, this is a good place to be, a safe place, and I am grateful for the experience I've had here. Overall, the laughs and friendships far outweigh any shallow frustrations
