Stepping Stones of Atlanta Recovery Residence Intake Forms

Please bring the Orientation Guide and Application to Intake. You must be able to pass a drug screen to come into  our sober living. These documents help us understand more about your addiction and who you are. If you do not have access to a printer, we can print when you come to visit the property.  Also, the house forms are on this page. We keep track of meetings with weekly logs.
